Placements

As a graduate trainee, you’ll take on a series of three-to-six month placements over a two year period to get as much experience of the business as possible. You’ll see the whole housebuilding process from start to finish – and then find a role that suits you. 

Qualifications

We encourage you to study for formal qualifications – for example, as an FRICS surveyor. With any luck, you’ll see the projects you work on as a trainee come to full fruition as an employee.

Exciting new Apprenticeship opportunities with one of the UK’s leading Home Builders

Recently we have launched a new Trainee Management Scheme that will commence in January 2017 to support the development of our specialist workforce for the future.  This will be the first group of young people who want to develop their future career with us.

The Trainee Management Scheme

We have recruited apprentices to work in a Trainee Assistant Manager capacity on specific projects and provide day-to-day co-ordination and programme support to Managers and Directors.

The apprenticeship will give them the opportunity to develop a range of specialist skills to become a Manager in either Construction Management, Surveying or Technical Project Management leading to a progression path in management which will take them as far as they want to progress to.

With a starting salary of £18,000 they will have the opportunity to progress their career with us upon the successful completion of the apprenticeship.
 
Qualifications Required:

Ideally A*-C in Maths and English however if you don’t have these we are offering support to achieve them on the programme. We would always prefer to employ the right person and then train them on the job.
Full valid UK driving licence desirable or a willingness to work towards this.
