Our principal areas of operation are in London and the Thames Gateway, the South East, East and North West of England.
Our head office is based in Brentwood, Essex, with an additional office in Warrington. We employ 450 people and have an annual turnover of around £400 million.
Established more than 50 years ago
Founded in 1958, the Company was de-listed from the London Stock Exchange in 2005 when we were jointly acquired by the Cherry family and Bank of Scotland, part of Lloyds Banking Group. As a privately owned PLC, we have made considerable progress and have been able to meet the challenges of recent times.
