Chain Break Scheme

If your property is not eligible for our Part Exchange Scheme then another incentive available is our Chain Break Scheme.

You may have already sold your property but your buyer or their buyer have not yet sold their home. This is an incomplete chain of sales which means you cannot proceed with buying your new home.

Obviously, depending on the value of the property breaking the chain, we could complete your sales chain by buying this property - this is called Chain Break.

• Chain Break can help where there may be a delay in one of the sales in the chain.
• We complete the chain by buying the property causing the delay (subject to its value).
