We talk to our customers to see how they live and what they want from their new home in the future. We then analyse how we build our new homes to make sure they meet the needs of our customers.

To address these requirements we have pioneered a number of innovations in recent years and provide superior specifications to all our new homes.
Innovative new home design
Extra rooms above garages, integrated conservatories, rooms in the roof and large areas of glazing were all introduced by Countryside Properties and have over the years been adopted by new home developers across the country.
We continue to explore the use of space in our new homes. Open-plan living areas, split levels, double height spaces and sliding walls allow space to be utilised according to function. Internal courtyards, terraces off of a variety of rooms and roof top gardens further blur the boundaries between external and internal living space, and help to bring the outside in.
"Customer input and feedback is important to Countryside Properties' design process, and they make innovative use of light and space at all price levels."

Superior specification
In every Countryside Properties' new home, quality and attention to detail is evident throughout. The superior internal specification is carefully chosen to reflect current design trends and the aspirations of our customers.
Personalising your new home
On some developments we also offer our customers the opportunity to personalise their new home to ensure that it fully reflects their individual style and flair. Please ask our Sales Consultants about any choices of alternative fixtures and fittings available on your chosen development, or the possibility of purchasing upgrade items at extra cost, subject to stage of construction.
