Mark (29) and Claire (26) had faint notions that they would one day move to a bigger property with a view to starting a family, but were content in their two bedroom apartment. Mark commented: “Claire and I had no intention of buying anywhere but our curiosity led us to this new development. We sat down and looked at the plans and I was astounded. I have never seen a property layout quite like it. The plot we chose is one of a kind and for such a reasonable asking price we knew then that we had to sign up or we would miss our chance.”

Claire added “Mark and I found Oakwood Reach by chance. We were only toying with the idea of upsizing some time in the future but when we saw the plans we decided to sign up there and then. It was perhaps a little impulsive but we’ve had no regrets.”
