An interior fitter by trade, Paul had turned his hand to renovating their previous four bedroom semi detached home in Oldham but now with four children this option didn't seem quite so appealing second time round. Paul added: "Sheri and I wanted somewhere that was a ready made home for us. I enjoyed the work I did on our old house but this time I want to make sure all my time in my home is spent with my family. Sheri added: "Part exchange has been hassle free. We haven't had to worry about selling our house; the weight has been taken off our shoulders which has given us more time to concentrate on moving our children to a local school. We thought we would have a lengthy buying process and we'd have loads of work to do on the house but is has literally been a breeze, I can't believe our luck."
