More new homes started by Countryside Properties20 May 2010

Countryside Properties has started the construction of a further 250 homes across the South-East in response to the increases in sales enquiries being experienced by sales teams.  The homes include new phases at St Mary’s Island, Chatham Maritime; Fortuna Park, Colchester and Christian Fields in Gravesend, as well as the start of a new development at Lymington Place in Chadwell Heath .

The UK may have been experiencing political uncertainty recently, but according to the RICS UK Housing Market Survey of April 2010, there has been a rise in sales enquiries and a post election bounce is expected as vendor activity picks up.  Buyer enquires have also risen to 41% from 35%; indicating that house buyers are keen to take advantage of the financial support packages available before they run out.  With this in mind, Countryside Properties is gearing up to provide a wide variety of genuinely affordable family homes with a high specification.
