CARRINGTON PARK KICKS OFF IN SUPER STYLE
Warrington-based Countryside Properties is ‘kicking off’ its major new residential development at Carrington Park this week (Thursday 10 August) in style with Warrington Wolves RLFC’s rising star of the rugby Super League, Stuart Reardon, joining new purchasers to celebrate the opening of three stunning new showhomes.
The major new development off Battersby Lane is now set to breathe fresh vitality into the site of the former Carrington Wire/Rylands factory which lies close to the Halliwell Jones Stadium, home of the Warrington Wolves.
Offering new high quality homes for local people, as well as attracting newcomers to the town, Carrington Park will provide traditional style houses, low rise apartment buildings, a children’s play area and large open public spaces and gardens.
Plans for the development also include a small business park for light industrial premises.
As a major supporter of participation in sport at every level from ‘grass roots’ local clubs to some of the UK’s most high profile Football Clubs, Countryside Properties is now sponsoring talented 24 year old Reardon as part of their commitment to the Club and the surrounding community.
Other recent sponsorships include The Triathlon World Cup in Salford Quays, events for Manchester United and Bolton Wanderers, shirt sponsorship for First Division Port Vale FC and a three season sponsorship of amateur side Rochdale Mayfield RLFC.
Michaela Lancaster, Sales Director for Countryside Properties, commented:
“Sport, whether it is national or local, is a great way to engage with the community as it touches so many people’s lives. Warrington Wolves RLFC is our new neighbour at Carrington Park and the success of the Club means so much to the town.
“We are delighted to be working with Stuart and look forward to a successful relationship with the Club as Carrington Park evolves to become Warrington’s new urban quarter.”
