Home security is becoming an increasingly important priority for many homeowners.
In response, Countryside Properties has incorporated additional security features into the design of each of the properties at 'The Courtyard' development in Maldon, Essex including burglar alarms and panic buttons. In addition, CCTV cameras located at the development will afford house purchasers increased peace of mind.
Chris Crook, Managing Director of Countryside Properties, comments, "Even though the majority of buyers are mainly concerned with security while they are in their home, there is a growing number of purchasers who are looking for a secure property they can 'lock up and leave' when going on holiday.
"The homes at The Courtyard are suitable for both requirements as residents will benefit from living in a secure property in a peaceful location and they can leave their home in the knowledge that it will be safe and looked after while they are away."
The Courtyard in Maldon, Essex is a luxurious age-exclusive development of 14 two-bedroom cottages and apartments created for purchasers over the age of 50. The exteriors of the homes incorporate traditional English architectural designs, and include light buff brickwork and natural slate tiles on the roof.
In stark contrast to the exteriors and designed with luxurious, modern living in mind, the homes feature contemporary, stylish interiors with extra space for storage. The kitchens incorporate high specification stainless steel, glass and chrome fittings, and the bathrooms include Philippe Starck sanitaryware combined with Hansgrohe brassware.
The attractive market town of Maldon is conveniently situated close to many historic towns and villages. Burnham-on-Crouch and West Mersea have excellent leisure facilities and yacht clubs, and there are a variety of nearby local golf clubs including The Warren at Woodham Walter and Five Lakes Golf & Country Club at Tolleshunt Knights.
Maldon is located approximately 10 miles from Chelmsford and approximately 16 miles from Colchester. Regular train services run locally from Hatfield Peverel station or from Chelmsford station to London Liverpool Street (Journey time approximately 40 minutes).
