Countryside has now released the first ten new houses for sale and expects early take up.  All offering three bedroom accommodation, the homes back onto the Ashton Canal with balconies to the master bedroom affording stunning views over their gardens and the canalside scene beyond.

Constructed to a high specification in a modern style but using traditional materials, the new houses provide a ready-made family home to move into with gas central heating, high performance UPVC windows and patio doors, and an intruder alarm fitted as standard.  The gardens will be turfed ready for occupation.

Internally, the new houses offer fully fitted kitchens with stainless steel sinks and drainers with single lever mixer taps, laminated worktops and chrome tri-lighting.  Included in the price is a stainless steel single electric oven and hob with a matching chimney hood and splashback as well as an integrated fridge/freezer.

Bathrooms include stylish white suites with single lever chrome mixer taps.

According to Ben Coster, Countryside Properties’ Regional Operations Director for Greater Manchester, the growing range of facilities just a stone’s throw from Sportcity Living will encourage families to see these new homes as  great value for money and a sound investment for the future.

“Lifestyle has improved out of all recognition in this part of the conurbation.  The coming of Metrolink in the next few years will open the area up still more for living, recreation and working.  Already residents can benefit from new retail facilities such as the largest ASDA Wallmart in Europe on their doorsteps, all the sporting and recreational amenities offered by the Velodrome and the City of Manchester Stadium, a large green open space close by at Philips Park as well as good local schools and medical and health centres."
