ON THE BOULEVARD AT CARRINGTON PARK

A new selection of stunning two bedroom apartments and four bedroom townhouses overlooking an elegant, tree-lined boulevard, have been released at Countryside Properties’ Carrington Park development off Battersby Lane in Warrington.  With their enviable location they are likely to prove as popular, if not more so, as the initial phase of properties at Carrington Park which sold out quickly following the launch of the development in August.

Passing from Battersby Lane through to a large, communal garden for residents’ use, the boulevard is the centrepiece of the new residential community, which also features a children’s play area and additional public open spaces.

New trees are being planted at the development to enhance the environment, and Countryside Properties is also investing £6.5 million in the revitalisation of the surrounding area, creating an attractive setting for the desirable new development.

The boulevard properties at Carrington Park will appeal to a range of purchasers from first-time buyers to growing families with many of the homes around the boulevard being semi-detached townhouses.  The Chestnut, Elm and Cedar townhouses will appeal to those looking to move their growing families to this up-and-coming area of Warrington, offering plenty of room both inside and out, and benefiting from garages or parking spaces.  Those taking their first step on the property ladder or perhaps downsizing in retirement will be drawn to the two bedroom apartments in the Rowan Building, each of which has its own parking space.

Created on the former site of the Carrington Wire/Rylands factory, Carrington Park will ultimately comprise a mixed-use development over 25 acres.  Along with 388 residential properties including one and two bedroom apartments, three and four bedroom townhouses and four bedroom semi-detached and detached houses, the development will also include a small business park for light industrial premises.

Just a quarter of a mile from the growing retail and leisure attractions of Warrington town centre, this new development provides future residents with excellent shopping, educational and transport facilities close by.

Less than three miles away from the M6 and M62 motorways, Carrington Park is ideal for those working in the nearby cities of Manchester, Liverpool and Chester, which are all within a 20 mile radius.

Carrington Park’s benefits to the local market are many according to Michaela Lancaster, Sales Director for Countryside Properties:  “Carrington Park is already looking to repeat the success of our earlier Warrington development, Winwick Park.  It is emerging as an area of the town that is attracting new people to the area, as well as satisfying local demand for homes of a high standard in attractive surroundings close to Warrington’s centre.  We are confident that the new boulevard properties will prove particularly popular with all sectors of the market.
