Don Clegg works for Countryside Properties at its Heatley Mere development in Lymm.  He was chosen from 18,000 site managers all over the UK.

Each year the NHBC’s Pride in the Job awards recognise the UK’s top site managers for their leadership, technical expertise, interpretation, safety control and commitment to excellence as a means of raising standards in the housebuilding industry.

Andrew Dwyer, Regional Construction Director of Countryside Properties (Northern) commented, “The NHBC’s Quality Awards are very much based on team performance, and site managers demonstrating good working practices, management skills and team-leadership.

“We are very much aware of the excellent standards that are upheld by all of our staff, both on-site and off-site and we are delighted that so many of our site managers have been officially recognised for their efforts”.
