Countryside Properties is collaborating with the government’s Home and Communities Agency (HCA) to offer HomeBuy Direct at New Broughton and give those struggling to get onto the property ladder the chance to purchase a place they can really call their own.

The price is based upon a 70 percent share through the HomeBuy Direct scheme with the remaining 30 percent funded by way of an equity loan, which is provided by the government and Countryside Properties. There will be no fee to pay for the equity loan on the first five years.*

When Michelle (28) separated from her partner last year, she moved back to her mum’s in Lower Broughton with Ruby.
