The shortage of good quality apartments in London’s leafier suburbs continues, but Countryside Annington has just released further two bedroom apartments onto the market at it’s ever popular Ridgemont development in a conservation area in London’s Mill Hill.
Previously all apartments at Ridgemont, a joint venture between Countryside Properties and Annington, were sold off plan, with some being sold 18 months ahead of being built. Further 2 bedroom apartments are now available for sale and are also located within the same desirable landscaped setting.
Chris Crook, Subsidiary Managing Director, Countryside Properties, comments: “The success of these apartments and the development as a whole is due to the combination of its premier location and desirable new homes. The Imperial Apartments offer contemporary living and feature spacious rooms with quality fixtures and fittings. They have been popular among first time buyers and downsizers alike and we anticipate a steady stream of interested parties with the release of these new properties.”
Ridgemont is located off Frith Lane in Mill Hill and includes a selection of contemporary two bedroom apartments and four bedroom houses. The Imperial Apartments have access to underground parking and each apartment features a light and airy open-plan living area with a balcony and large windows, providing a stylish setting for relaxation or socialising. The stylish fully fitted kitchens are in a gloss finish with granite worktops and integrated appliances comprising a fridge/freezer and washer/dryer with stainless steel ovens and inset microwaves. The bathrooms are fitted with modern sanitaryware and limestone tiling all elegantly finished with chrome fittings.
In spite of its green surroundings, Ridgemont is just two miles from Mill Hill Broadway’s wide range of high street shops, restaurants, pubs and cafes. There are many amenities in the local area, including Finchley Golf Club, an equestrian centre, leisure centres, stables, tennis courts, a cricket ground and playing fields. Residents also have easy access to scenic rural walks that feel far away from congested London.
Mill Hill East underground station, on the Northern Line, is also close by, with easy road links to M1, A1 and the A41. Mill Hill is also well served by buses, which run regular services into central London and the surrounding areas.
The marketing suite is open from Thursday to Sunday from 10am-5pm and Monday from 1pm – 5pm. For further information telephone 020 8343 0990 or visit www.ridgemont-millhill.net
