Join an innovative and responsible developer as a graduate, and launch a career in housebuilding. Our highly successful graduate programme trains the best people for our business – giving you a broad range of experience, and a chance to try out many aspects of what we do.
After your training, we hope you’ll stay with us for the long-term. You’ll be mentored throughout the programme – and there’ll be opportunities for you to continue your career with us.
As a graduate trainee, you’ll take on a series of three-to-six month placements over a two year period to get as much experience of the business as possible. You’ll see the whole housebuilding process from start to finish – and then find a role that suits you.
We encourage you to study for formal qualifications – for example, as an FRICS surveyor. With any luck, you’ll see the projects you work on as a trainee come to full fruition as an employee.
