We are a partnership home builder bringing sustainable prosperity to communities. We have a proven track record of working in partnership with local authorities and housing associations having undertaken more than 45 regeneration schemes in the last 30 years.

We combine award winning design with a uniquely collaborative process – a better understanding of both residents and local authorities, from planning through to build, with measurable results.

In essence, at Countryside we believe in making lives better.

We engage with local authorities and residents at an early stage to create high quality design and landscaping schemes. This also helps to shape the social and community infrastructure provided for the area.

In addition, we are highly skilled in creating integrated developments with a wide range of uses and tenures. They are predominantly ‘tenure blind’ developments where it is not possible to distinguish the tenure of individual buildings or homes.

We operate in and around London, the North West and the West Midlands.

Uniquely Placed in the Sector

We are ideally placed to create affordable and private housing opportunities for our local authority and housing association partners, primarily through planning agreements, estate regeneration, PRS housing, mixed-use schemes and joint ventures.

We are members of the HCA's Delivery Partner Panel 2 for the South East, Midlands and Northern Lots. We are also members of the GLA's London Development Panel.

Estate regeneration

Countryside has outstanding experience in estate regeneration and as a result we are able to offer our partners an exceptional blend of skills.

We recognise that estate regeneration is challenging and requires considerable expertise and resources to ensure success. It also requires a commitment to extensive working with local communities - helping them to create places where people want to live.
