Property Search:

These are exciting times at Countryside. A successful listing on the London Stock Exchange in February 2016 has brought new funding into the business and is allowing us to accelerate our growth.

As we expand, our consultants, subcontractors and suppliers will play a very important role in delivering Countryside’s and our premium housebuilding brand Millgate's business plan, in London, the South East, North West and West Midlands.

Our reputation for honesty, integrity and delivering value has enabled us to collaborate with our consultants, subcontractors and suppliers in an open and co-operative manner.  Working in this way offers numerous mutual benefits that will deliver a successful future for us all.

We recognise the very best of our consultants, subcontractors and suppliers through our Partnering Awards (see video below) which we are rolling out throughout the Group.

Gary Freeman, Managing Director, Building Design Consultants

“As a design practice of Consulting Civil & Structural Engineers who have been fortunate enough to collaborate with Countryside over a number of years on numerous projects.  We have benefited hugely from Countryside’s ongoing success and growth. Our people gain great satisfaction from working with Countryside’s professional team who make our designers feel very much part of ‘one team’ where views and contributions are valued.

We have found Countryside’s team to be very open to discuss future workload opportunities helping us to plan our resource.  Once a project is secured by us, and work completed, the process of issuing invoices and receiving payments is both straight forward and quick.”

Kevin Barber, Managing Director, Colne Valley Electrical

“Colne Valley Electrical Ltd (CVE) has worked for Countryside for over 10 years and have always considered them our ‘preferred new homes developer’ to work with. The quality, high level of design and attention to detail that Countryside put into all their homes is something that CVE is proud to contribute too and we consider our Gold Subcontractor status a privilege and a valuable working relationship. CVE looks forward to a long and mutually beneficial partnership in the years to come.”

James Bartram, Managing Director, Bartram Timber

“Mutual trust has been the key factor and basis of the relationship that has developed between The Bartram Group and Countryside.  As an independent company we are pleased that Countryside have the vision to give us equal opportunity along with our national competitors. The Bartram Group are proud to be an integral part of Countryside’s supply chain now and in the future.”
