Countryside is committed to all aspects of Social Sustainability from the early stages of identifying sites for development and bidding for regeneration projects, through our supply chain and construction operations and post development.
We recognise that to achieve best practice in Social Sustainability we must engage with our Stakeholders to ensure that we supply a sustainable product which is constructed in a way to cause minimum disruption to the local community and provide long term economic, environmental and health benefits. We work with our supply chain to ensure that high values of ethical and moral standards are in place and maintained during the procurement and construction process.
We also engage with our partners and clients to ensure that any requirements they have are recognised and achieved.
We are committed to providing our employees and subcontractors with a safe and respectful environment to work in and have in place policies setting out our commitment to the Health, Safety and Welfare of all and their Human Rights.
