We have a talented team who have great vision and ability to see land and understand how to convert it into a home. This enables us to take on more challenging sites including restorations and refurbishments like our new site Woolley Hall in Maidenhead, Berkshire which will feature the magnificent restoration of the Grade II listed Woolley Hall itself.
At the same time we have sites which are driven by their location and we therefore have a responsibility to ensure every part of the development proves to be as special as its environment. For example Sundridge Park in Bromley (pictured above), which is due to be launched next year, is situated at the end of a half-mile secluded driveway through two magnificent Championship golf courses. Within these grounds there is a John Nash mansion house surrounded by Humphry Repton designed gardens, arguably England’s greatest architect and landscape gardener. This is all being lovingly restored to recreate the Regency splendour of this prestigious location with a collection of detached homes, townhouses and apartments designed to exacting standards to complement this tranquil setting.
Ultimately, we are proud to build a product that people want and one which will stand the test of time. There is no compromise, the flow and feel of a home has to be right and that starts from the very beginning with the location. We start with a vision and turn it into a reality - this combined with the aesthetically pleasing architecture and landscaping, innovative interior design and specifications, magnificent super rooms and attention to detail are all hallmarks of a Millgate Home.
