Countryside Properties is delighted to announce that ‘The Villa’ at Kings Park, Harold Wood wowed the judges of the 2013 What House? Awards, winning the silver award in the ‘Best House’ category. Competing against the great and good of the housebuilding industry, Kings Park beat stiff competition and was awarded the accolade on the 15th November at the Grosvenor House Hotel.

The awards are judged by a panel of property experts, from architects to property writers.  Now in their 32nd year, the What House? Awards are the Oscars of the housebuilding industry, rewarding the very best achievements from Britain's housebuilders.
