PLANNING PERMISSION SUBMITTED TO DELIVER NEW HOMES TO MARLOWE ROAD ESTATE

Plans for the development of over 400 homes at the Marlowe Road Estate have been submitted for approval. Following a successful public consultation event, development partners Countryside and Waltham Forest Council have drawn up extensive proposals to redevelop the former industrial site, on the eastern edge of Walthamstow town centre, to create a mixed-use development including 436 homes, along with commercial and community space.

NEW HOMES APPROVED FOR HARLOW ESTATE REGENERATION

Plans to build 343 new homes in Harlow, Essex have been given the go ahead, redeveloping three former housing estates. Housebuilder Countryside and affordable housing provider Home Group have been given planning consent for the £67m scheme that also includes a new community centre.
