NEW HOMES APPROVED FOR REGENERATION OF MARLOWE ROAD E17

Plans to build more than 400 new homes at Marlowe Road E17 have been given the go ahead. Countryside is working with Waltham Forest Council to regenerate the Marlowe Road Estate, located to the east of Walthamstow town centre. The work will be carried out in five phases with construction expected to commence spring/summer 2016.
