The awards, launched by news outlet Insider Media, aim to highlight the strength of the county’s property market and celebrate the continued investment, new development projects and regeneration of its local communities.
Peter Vella, Regional Sales and Marketing Director, Countryside, commented: “Merseyside’s property market has gone from strength to strength over recent years, and the complete transformation of Norris Green goes a long way in demonstrating the achievements that can be made through collaborative working between developers, local authorities and housing associations.
“At Countryside we’re huge believers in seeing our work as part of a much bigger picture – we’re not just building houses, we’re building communities. It is in fulfilling this commitment to create places people love that makes this award so much more significant to our team.”
NGV Liverpool launched in 2011 and forms part of a £200m regeneration joint venture between Liverpool City Council and Sigma Inpartnership to transform the 63-acre Norris Green site into a vibrant community of 1,150 two, three and four-bedroom homes.
