As well as browsing a tempting array of locally produced food and drink stalls, visitors to this year’s three-day long, free festival on St Mary’s Island, Chatham, will be able to watch local teams, as well as Countryside’s very own team, competing in the fun and furious Dragon Boat race. Festival goers can also enjoy a must-see line up of local bands playing blues, folk and jazz tunes, plus Kent DJs. The festival is an ideal event for all ages, you’ll find a range of activities for children will also be available, including arts and crafts.
