Property prices in Canning Town have been named the most affordable along the Jubilee Line, according to a research from eMoov*. £3.7 billion is currently being spent on the regeneration of Canning Town and Custom House, including a £600 million town centre expected to be completed in 2024, better quality streets, open spaces and new schools.
