Ebbsfleet Garden City is set for monumental growth, as a commercial centre of national significance, which will create over 17 million square feet of residential, business and community space, leading to the creation of some 20,000 jobs. The latest addition to this, is the eagerly anticipated Paramount London Entertainment Resort, which should be complete in 2021 and will be twice the size of the Olympic Park and offer a range of attractions, from an indoor water park, theatres and cinema space to hotels. The resort will create over 27,000 jobs and significantly improve the local infrastructure, so residents of Springhead Park will not only be able to enjoy the park in close proximity, but also be able to take advantage of the benefits which come with such a regeneration.
