Ebbsfleet Garden City is set for monumental growth, as a commercial centre of national significance, which will create over 17 million square feet of residential, business and community space, leading to the creation of some 20,000 jobs. The latest addition to this, is the eagerly anticipated Paramount London Entertainment Resort, which should be complete in 2021 and will be twice the size of the Olympic Park and offer a range of attractions, from an indoor water park, theatres and cinema space to hotels. The resort will create over 27,000 jobs and significantly improve the local infrastructure, so residents of Springhead Park will not only be able to enjoy the park in close proximity, but also be able to take advantage of the benefits which come with such a regeneration.
Iain McPherson, Managing Director of New Homes and Communities South, at Countryside, comments: “We are proud to announce the extension of Springhead Park, with a variety of homes to suit every type of buyer. The surrounding area is set to benefit from high growth and significant regeneration, ensuring that Springhead Park will not only provide an excellent place to live, but also a long-term investment in this up-and-coming area.”
Springhead Park will boast 800 homes in total, with 298 already built. The latest release of homes at Springhead Park offers the prime opportunity for new residents to join many community activities and take advantage of the growing facilities on offer. The 2.5 acre Central Park offers ample opportunity to soak up the fresh air, boasting formally landscaped gardens and children’s play areas, for all residents to enjoy.
Proving ideal for families, a new school is set to open in 2018, offering education within the development. St Joseph’s Catholic Primary School is the closest primary school at present, and with Northfleet Technology College also in close proximity, a lifetime of education is provided on the doorstep.
