Keen to ditch the traditional train commute in exchange for a convenient coach service into London, Harry (28) and Molly (27) Boyd have recently purchased a home at Countryside’s Springhead Park, in Ebbsfleet Garden City, Kent, making overcrowded trains a distant memory

Harry says: “Both Molly and I work in the city, and we actually get a coach straight into London, rather than the train. We live just a short walk away from the coach stop, and within an hour we’re dropped off at Fenchurch Street. Harry says: “It’s clear that open space has been central to the design of Springhead Park, and there’s always people out with their dogs, kids running about and people playing football. It’s great for the community, and for people to meet each other. There’s a real sense of community at Springhead Park, with so many community events around the year, people often get together. Countryside also hosted a ‘Meet the builder’ night when we moved in, and we were able to meet the site managers as well as some of our neighbours. Molly and I thought that this was a great welcome to our new neighbourhood, which you wouldn’t get with buying an older property.  The support we received from Countryside throughout the buying process was second to none, and as a first-time buyer it was really nice to have this extra assurance.””

Residents of Springhead Park are ideally located with a wealth of high-quality amenities in the nearby surrounding area. Harry adds: “We are so well located in our new home, there is so much going for the Ebbsfleet area and we have everything we need on our doorstep. We have two supermarkets just a five minute walk away, and Bluewater is also close, with loads of restaurants, bars, and shops.”
