Last year, 20 home buyers relied on the ‘Bank of Mum and Dad’ as a means to fund all, or part of, their journey to get onto the property ladder. It’s becoming increasingly common for financial help to come from a family member, be it parents or grandparents. Which is why we’ve come up with a ‘Bank of Mum and Dad’ scheme, in appreciation of this huge act of generosity. Countryside will gift £2,000 back to the parent or family member who provided the deposit, as a thank you.

Touring our new and existing developments across Essex the ‘Countryside Tour De Sites’ was one of the most highly anticipated events of the year, and it didn’t disappoint, raising just over £7,000 for The Alzheimer’s Society.
