Projects at Acton Gardens have won Silver and Bronze Considerate Constructors Scheme 2017 National Site Awards.

Countryside wins two Considerate Constructors Scheme National Site Awards

Two phases of Countryside’s flagship estate regeneration scheme, Acton Gardens in Ealing have been given prestigious Considerate Construction industry awards for demonstrating exceptional standards of consideration.

The Code of Considerate Practice reviews the impact of developments on the public environment, community, health and safety, workforce, and appearance.

Acton Gardens Phase 4 has won the Silver Award and Phase 3.2 the Bronze Award.

Mike Woolliscroft, Operations Director, Partnerships South, Countryside said: “I am delighted that out of thousands of registered sites our flagship project, Acton Gardens has been recognised by the judges. Both award-winning sites have demonstrated exceptionally high levels of best practice in meeting and exceeding the Scheme’s Code of Considerate Practice.

Across our developments we are committed to respecting local communities, ensuring everyone’s safety, protecting the environment and achieving best practice under the code. This is a testament to the fantastic work undertaken by skilled and passionate people.”
