Buying off-plan is a very popular choice amongst Countryside buyers, with nearly all of our homes sold before they are constructed! We believe that there are huge benefits to purchasers, including the ability to select the plot of their choice, as getting in early gives buyers a bigger selection to choose from! There is also time between reservation and completion to help purchaser’s increase their savings, to add to their mortgage deposit or help buy furniture and fittings.
Our show homes provide a great opportunity to see what the new homes will typically look like and the specification that is included. Purchasers can then sit with our sales consultants to view the plans and discuss their financial situation and schemes available to help them get on the property ladder.
Our purchasers will see all of the drawings of their new home – from the floorplans with dimensions, electrical layouts and landscaping drawings to the CGI of their new home which can be as clear as a photographic image. They also receive a comprehensive breakdown of the specification with details of things such as the internal and external features including the integrated appliances, sanitary ware and paint colours. We spend a lot of time discussing this to ensure that buyers understand every detail and know what to expect.
We provide as much information as possible for purchasers when buying off-plan. Buying a new home is the biggest and most important purchase people will ever make and it is vital that they have all of the information they need to ensure they make the right choice.
