Compared to a second-hand home where you may have to deal with existing problems left by the previous owner, a new build property offers you a fresh start with no upgrading costs and a blank canvas for you to make your house a home.

Not only can nasty surprises take the fun out of decorating your new home, it can take money out of your pocket too, the average cost of upgrading an older home to the same specification as a new build property is over £50,000. With a new build home, you’ll have no structural repairs, clean surfaces and with all our new Countryside developments finished to a great specification, you can sit back, relax, and enjoy your new home.

Money Saving
There are more ways than ever now to help you get onto the property ladder or to take another step. Help to Buy, is a government-backed initiative designed to help people buy a new home. You only need a 5% deposit and a mortgage for 75% of the purchase price and the Government will contribute the remaining 20% interest free for the first 5 years. New builds are quality-guaranteed with a 10 Year warranty from the New House-Building Council (NHBC) which covers any structural issues that might arise after completion.
