We were renting a three-bedroom semi-detached house and were hoping to find a home with the same number of bedrooms. There’s quite a lot of different house designs at Chesterwell, and we ended up choosing a beautiful three-bedroom end of terrace. The timing has worked out really well, as we’re getting married in August and moving into our new home together in September, so it’s a very exciting few months for us! Even better, our monthly mortgage payment will be over £150 less than what we were paying in rent, with the bonus of having our own home.
