Local Area

Chesterwell occupies a convenient position to the north of the town centre.  Colchester (Britain’s oldest recorded town) boasts a wealth of historic buildings dating back to Victorian and Medieval times, meaning the town has both historic and contemporary appeal.

The development is within close vicinity of existing schools, a hospital, supermarkets, restaurants, plus a good selection of high street shops.  Furthermore, in time the development itself is set to benefit from proposed new schools, shops, community centre, sports pitches and more.

The new homes at Chesterwell are well placed to access the transport network thanks to a new road connection leading to the A12 and Colchester train station being close by, which offers links to London in approximately 1 hour.

What our Customers Say

Countryside at Chesterwell - Testimonial

We were renting a three-bedroom semi-detached house and were hoping to find a home with the same number of bedrooms. There’s quite a lot of different house designs at Chesterwell, and we ended up choosing a beautiful three-bedroom end of terrace. The timing has worked out really well, as we’re getting married in August and moving into our new home together in September, so it’s a very exciting few months for us! Even better, our monthly mortgage payment will be over £150 less than what we were paying in rent, with the bonus of having our own home.
