OVERVIEW OF WICKHURST GREEN

A unique development being created by Countryside offering stunning new homes in the sought-after village location of Broadbridge Heath, Horsham, in West Sussex. Surrounded by some of England's most picturesque countryside just 30 miles from London and 20 miles from the beautiful Sussex coastline, Wickhurst Green really does have it all!

Wickhurst Green combines traditionally designed new homes with modern amenities in the desirable village location of Broadbridge Heath, close to Horsham.  This superb collection is about more than exceptional homes in a beautiful setting. It is about embracing traditional values and using fresh inspiration to create a real community that offers an outstanding quality of life.

The homes are positioned along attractive tree-lined avenues, with extensive planting, ponds and mature oak trees creating a tranquil, picturesque environment.  A network of footpaths and cycleways running throughout the development allows for easy access to beautifully landscaped green areas for recreation and swathes of open space for play, whilst establishing a traditional village-style layout.
For those wanting more of a hands on experience, you can really connect with nature with the opportunity to ‘grow your own’ in the new allotments open to the whole community.

Local Area

Just two miles away, Horsham is a wonderful mix of old and new, retaining the charm and atmosphere of an historical country market town, but with a relaxed continental vibe.
From Swan Walk’s range of popular high street stores, to quirky and independent shops and boutiques nestling among the town’s attractive streets and hidden passageways, the town offers a varied shopping experience, and the bustling market still opens on Thursdays and Saturdays.

There are plenty of places to stop for sustenance. Cosmopolitan restaurants and pavement cafés spill out onto the streets, or the attractive old pubs and inns provide a taste of history. For something a little more cultural, there are several theatres, museums and galleries to choose from, including Horsham Museum and Art Gallery, surrounded by the beautiful original buildings of the Causeway.
Whether for a lakeside stroll or something more energetic, Horsham Park has it all, with tranquil landscaped gardens, tennis courts and even an orienteering course. Regular events for children along with free jazz concerts and music festivals makes this the perfect summer venue.
