During the home buying process you can expect regular contact from our dedicated Sales Progression team.  The team will act as your daily point of contact and will liaise with you on the progress of your purchase, whilst also keeping you abreast on the build progress of your property and your move in date.

We're here to help

After you have moved into your new home, our friendly and responsive Customer Care teams will continue to be available to you for the first two of the ten years of your New Home Warranty.

The Customer Care team are on hand during normal office hours to assist you with any issues that you may experience. Furthermore, in case of an emergency we also provide you with a 24 hour number to call, which can deal with heating, plumbing or electrical problems.
