We all know it can be difficult getting a foothold on the property ladder, and even when you’re there, selling your existing home can still seem like a daunting task. That’s why our experienced team do everything they can to help you move and to take the stress and worry out of the process.

First Time Buyer?

For first time buyers struggling to save a large deposit, the Government’s Help to Buy scheme could be just for you. If you can raise a 5% deposit, the Government could lend you up to 20% of the full purchase price, and what’s even better, it’s interest free for the first five years.  With London Help to Buy the scheme doubles the upper limit of the government equity loan, from up to 20% of the property's value to 40%, to reflect the London property market.*

If the Help to Buy scheme isn’t for you there’s a range of other schemes available for first time buyers. Just ask our friendly sales team for details.
